The last Ragam in college has finally become a reality. The inauguration and the opening night lived up to its glorious past of goof ups, nevertheless. Something which was well and truly annoying was this band from Bangalore (Distortion Culture) who managed to distort all the systems within me, thus making me run for cover. I hope theirs was a free show or something.
Comfortably Numb from Pink Floyd couldn’t have been messed up in a more awful manner. Me bows down to thy sheer master class. You indeed got me distorted and running for cover, after all.. 😛
One of those million dollar things that would make me miss college more than anything else. On an afterthought, it has been a truly incredible journey – right from Shaan (2007), Karthik (2008), Shankar Mahadevan (2009), KK (2010) and this time it being the desi girl Sunidhi Chauhan for the 2011 edition. Add do that the multitudes of emotions that run through you, and to come to terms with the fact that this time around, it would indeed be the last time I stand on this stage.
Less than 6 hours for the opening – truly well worth its wait in GOLD. The last Ragam in College…
There are moments when thoughts run the roost in your mind yet it becomes a pain to translate them into words. I have so much to say, yet there is a hindrance to the flow. AND Reblogs have finally started to be “boring” to me also. Anyway!
On news thats doing the rounds with me, I enjoy going home a lot more these days than before. Maybe its the thing that my days are numebered and that this is some kind of a mechanism through which I start to realize that college would be sorely missed.I frankly don’t have a clue about myself most times!
